Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR VALUED GUESTS Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be billed out to you I further understand that the procedure works as follows: • A telephone call must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment to avoid a missed appointment fee. • Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in 50% of your service charge. • Notification less than 24 hours of ANY and all symptoms of COVID-19 or other communicable conditions will not be charged fee. • Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a full service amount.
