Booking with Kylie Brooks Aesthetics means that you agree to the following:

• All clients are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit/booking and understand that under no circumstances will this be returned
   

• Booking means the client understands that they can only carry the deposit over once and must reschedule 1 business day or more before their service
   

• All clients agree to contact their esthetician via email (kyliebrooksesthetics@gmail.com) or text (517-643-7470) as soon as they can for any changes to the service
   

• Same-Day Cancellations or Arriving 20 minutes past your appointment time is considered a “no-show” and you will be charged the full amount of your service
   

• All clients agree to communicate via text if they are running late and will still be required to pay for the service that was booked and will only given the remaining time of service.
   

• Policies still apply to clients with gift certificates
   

 24 Hour or Less Re-scheduling Policy

• 24 hours prior or less you will be charged a 50% re-booking fee to reschedule
   

• Under 24 hour reschedules you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit of 50% to reschedule
   

• Same day cancellations will be required to pay 100% of the service
   

Kylie Brooks Aesthetics has the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these terms and conditions.
